At one end of the scale we have acted in multi-million pound construction, engineering, power and process industry disputes both in the UK and overseas. At the other end are small personal injury cases involving only a few days work. Our engineers have experience of working in a range of jurisdictions and at different kinds of hearings. TrainingStaff undergo periodic training both in their engineering disciplines and in forensic work. The forensic training has been both in-house and external and has concentrated on report writing, courtroom skills and the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
