Experience

Mrs McNeill has experience in Mechanical, Energy and Forensic Engineering.

She has design experience gained on projects for the Ministry of Defence and commercial organisations.

Mrs McNeill has assisted more senior colleagues in the preparation of expert evidence in cases of litigation, arbitration and public inquiry. Her knowledge covers both civil and criminal proceedings.

Her experience includes research and preparation of evidence for cases covering disputes, industrial accidents, carbon monoxide poisoning, fires and explosions.

She has also co-authored reports on personal injury cases, covering a variety of subjects such as forklift trucks, falls from height and the consideration of general health and safety issues.

Mrs McNeill has co-authored a market research report relating to renewable energy.
