Experience

Mr. McIntyre has extensive experience in mechanical, process and power industries covering design, supply, construction and performance of turbines, boilers, pressure vessels, pipework, CHP, cogeneration plant, incinerators, pumps and heat exchangers.

He has been appointed many times to give expert evidence concerning engineering, construction, health and safety issues, personal injury claims and product safety.

Mr. McIntyre has considerable experience in contract entitlements and contract programme analysis, general strategic and financial management as well as trouble-shooting and failure diagnosis for a wide range of process and construction industry clients.

He has given evidence in court, at arbitration and adjudications in the United Kingdom and abroad and has assisted at mediations. He has also extensive experience in achieving negotiated settlements.
