Experience

15 years experience with BP as Safety and Technical manager in their liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) business covering the Scotland and Northern England area. Responsible for the transport operation of 50 heavy goods vehicles and 100 trailers, all involved in the transport of dangerous goods.

Key member of the team implementing a safety culture which resulted in a 2 million man-hour period with no absence due to accident.

10 years experience with the same responsibilities with Macgas Ltd., which was acquired by BP to form the basis of its northern LPG operation.
