Experience

A Consultant with more than 22 years experience of structural/civil engineering design and construction in respected UK companies.  Reputation for delivering results in medium and large organisations; and managing multi-disciplinary groups of staff to maximum effect. 

Experienced in undertaking inspections/ appraisals of all types of building structures including residential properties.

Recent experience of providing structural engineers role on £40M mixed use development (residential/ commercial/retail) at Kings Cross in London managing team of 14 on project.

Previous experience on residential properties in traditional masonry and also timber frame.

Experience of designing roads and drainage for several housing developments including obtaining building warrant and supervision of works on site.

Managed property including property development; repairs and maintenance; access roads; car parks and the design and site supervision of building upgrades.

Undertook role of Planning Supervisor on several refurbishments projects for Portman Estates.
