Outline of Project

Cadogans provided a large team of engineers to support Transmanche Link (TML) in its engineering, contractual and financial disputes with Eurotunnel. The team was based at the site for about three years.

Additional works, and delays and disruptions to the construction works were investigated. Cadogans worked closely with TML’s legal, programme and quotation advisors to prepare claims.

In addition, expert evidence was prepared on a significant construction failure involving drainage pipelines.
